In Alta Valtellina you can ski all the year round.
During the winter season upto the month of May - you can ski in the areas of Bormio, Santa Caterina, Livigno and Oga/Valdidentro. In total, these areas offer 220 km of downhill slopes which drop from 3000 msl to 1200 msl, 70 km of cross-country tracks, 1 biathlon range and 2 snow parks.
From May to November, ski lovers can enjoy the unique setting of the “Passo dello Stelvio”, an area known as Europe's largest Summer Ski area. The long runs, of various difficulty levels, offer good ski facilities and are perfectly covered with snow thanks to a very modern programmed snow system. Its sunny landscapes and its majestic peaks make the Alta Valtellina region the ideal destination for your snow holiday.
